1. Gospel Centered - The proclamation of the life, death, burial, resurrection of Jesus and His finished work on the cross is the very power of God unto salvation for all who believe.  Not only does this gospel bring salvation, but by the grace of God keeps us as we grow into it. - Luke 24:44-49; Romans 1:16-17; 1 Corinthians 15:1-5; Ephesians 4:15-16; Colossians 1:3-6

2. Multi-ethnic - Diversity matters to God.  So much so that he created people from every race, nation, tribe and language.  Not only has God created people from every race, nation, tribe and language but Jesus ransomed people from all of the nations.  We will intentionally reach people of other ethnicities. - Revelation 5:9; 7:9-10

3. Relationship Driven - First and foremost, God calls us into an intimate and dependent relationship with Himself.  Of equal importance is that of believers being interdependent in relationship with each other.  It is in this context that we will encourage each other to apply the gospel to all of life. - Jeremiah 9:23-24; John 13:35; 17:20-26; Ephesians 2:19-22; 3:14-15; 1 Peter 2:4-5; 1 John 3:14-18; 1 John 4:7-21.

4. Discipleship Movement - Jesus commissioned and sent His followers to make disciples who make disciples.  These disciples become the church Jesus is building.  Because this is a standing order we see it as our mandate to teach people to obey everything that Jesus commanded, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  We believe that this happens best in the context of community. - Matthew 28:18-20;  Acts 2:44-47; 2 Timothy 2:1-2; 1 John 1:1-4.
